Tasting Notes
Color: Deep straw yellow
Nose: Green notes of ginger, ripe citrus fruits, Roman chamomile, broom flowers, lily of the valley, and fresh-cut grass. The finish reveals delicate powdery hints reminiscent of face powder.
Palate: Smooth and inviting on entry, with a full-bodied, persistent palate and a long finish.

Roman-style focaccia stuffed with broccoli and pancetta, pollo alla cacciatora (hunter’s chicken), medium-aged cheeses (such as Marzolina goat cheese), lake fish, and mixed fried small fish (paranza).
